TERMS
We accept credit cards through Paypal. For your convenience, Orders placed on
our site are encrypted using Mal’s Shopping Cart with SSL technology, the
industry-standard authentication and encryption technology, to ensure your
transactions are protected. It is also approved by Paypal. If you experience
any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (subject to stock availability and credit card verification) by the US
Postal Service.
We offer Flat Rate $7.00 Standard Shipping within the US only. We also offer Express and Overnight Service within the US and International Shipping Options.
* Standard: Typically arrives within 4-10 business days.
* Express: Arrives within 2-3 business days.
* Overnight: Arrives within 1 business day.
Business Days = Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays)
International Orders Shipping and Processing Rates
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours (subject to stock availability and
credit card verification). Orders shipping to Alaska,
Hawaii and Internationally normally arrive within 2 weeks. Recipient is
responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Global Priority Flat Rate: $22.00 (U.S. Dollars)
RETURNS
Returns and Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days from receipt of Purchase, on items that are unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached. Boho Muse LLC reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that is not
in the original condition. We inspect each item before shipment. Upon
approval of your return, we will issue your full refund. Shipping
and Processing charges are not refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time Boho Muse cannot accept returns from International Orders and Sale Items.
We recommend you return all items via a traceable
carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx to insure proper delivery. Boho Muse LLC is
not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost in transit.
